Let's get started!!

Now I’m trying to install elgg in order to make a community for creators, it’s been more difficult than I expected.
There are a lot of useful web services to build social network on the Internet, such as ning.com, but I would like to use it more flexibly.

I checked some free webhosting suiting elgg, but it requires the ability to deal with php and mysql, so most of them didn’t fit. Finally, I found the website on which someone says streamline.net is applicable, and they provide three months free trial.

Then, I put elgg files but it still hasn't worked...
